摘要
用1,3,5-三(甲基三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D3F)与N,N-二甲基-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷(KH-602)等进行开环聚合反应,合成了一种新型织物后整理剂AFSO-1,并对其结构进行了表征.在应用性能上,与N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ASO-1)进行了比较,结果表明:AFSO-1整理织物的柔软性不及ASO-1整理的织物,但拒水性、增深性明显提高.
A novel finishing agent(AFSO-1)was synthesized through ring opening polymerization with 1,3,5,-tris(trifluoropropylmethyl) cyclotrisiloxane(D3F) and N,N-dimethyl-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl dimethoxysila-ne(KH-602).The chemical structure of AFSO-1 was characterized.Comparing the application properties of AFSO-1 with that of ASO-1,it was found that the softness of the fabrics treated by AFSO-1 was worse than that of ASO-1.However,the hydrophobicity and the deepness property of fabrics treated by AFSO-1 was obviously increased.
