摘要
以聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)、聚胺(PA)、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDADMAC)、聚酰胺多胺-环氧氯丙烷(PAE)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)为阴离子垃圾控制剂(ATC),控制碱性过氧化氢机械浆(APMP)中的阴离子垃圾含量,以促进烷基烯酮二聚物(AKD)对APMP浆的施胶效果。结果表明,上述ATC均可有效控制APMP浆中的阴离子垃圾,对AKD中性施胶起到不同程度的促进作用,其中PEI可使纸张液体渗透时间延长64%、相对吸收性数值降低68%,增效作用最为明显;PAC可使纸张液体渗透时间延长18%、相对吸收性数值降低20%,较其他ATC效果要差。
Polyaluminum chloride ( PAC), polyamine ( PA), polyamidoamine-epichorohydrin ( PAE), polyethyleneimine (PEI) and polydi- allyldimethylammonium choride (PDADMAC) were used as anionic trash catchers (ATCs) to control the anionic trashes in alkaline peroxide bleached mechanical pulp (APMP) for boosting its AKD neutral sizing efficiency. The results showed that all the ATCs can effectively de- crease the content of anionic trashes in the pulp and improve paper sizing degree to different extents. Among them, the most effective one was the PEI which can increase liquid penetration time by 64%, and decrease edge penetration value by 68% ; On the other hand the PAC only can increase liquid penetration time by 18% and decreased edge penetration value by 20%.
