摘要
针对水文过程变异点分析这一近20年来的热点问题,查阅近年来各种相关学术论著,在总结分析国内外不同学者研究成果的基础上,提出流域水文过程变异点分析今后的发展方向,一是水文过程变异点诊断理论与方法的研究应该进一步深入,建立简单且行之有效的定性与定量诊断方法;二是在此基础上,研究解决非一致水文序列的概率分布及水文计算问题,为水利水电工程的规划设计与管理运用提供合理依据。
According to the change-points analysis of hydrological process, which is the hot issue in recent two decades,consulting all kinds of related academic works,based on concluding and analyzing domestic and international results,the article put forward the development direction for the change-point analysis of hydrological process.At first,the research of the theory and method of the change-points test must be deeper,find out the simple,effective and qualitative and quantitative method;Second,based on this,probability distribution and hydrological computing problem of non-uniform hydrological series should be solved.So that provide proper foundation for the design and management of hydropower engineering.
