摘要
本文根据神经网络的原理和工程造价估算的特点，建立了基于神经网络的工程造价估算模型；阐述了估算模型的基本原理；并通过住宅建筑估价模型的建立。
On the basis of the principle of neural network and the characteristics of project cost estimation,this paper establishes neural-network-based model of rapid estimation of project cost.The basic principle of this model is discussed.This paper also illustrates the method of establishing the model and verifies its feasibility by establishing a model of estimating cost of dwelling.
