摘要
目的对应用高压注射器采取三种不同注射方法获取的cT增强影像的评价。方法使用Lightspeed16层螺旋cT机和StellantD型高压注射器。注射流率4.0ml/s,注射对比剂总量80ml。300例胸部cT增强扫描患者,分为甲、乙、丙三组,各100例。甲组使用单管只注射对比剂,不注射生理盐水冲洗;乙组注射对比剂后随即注射生理盐水冲洗;丙组双管同时注射对比剂和生理盐水。评测方法采用ROC曲线和cT值测定法。结果甲组有放射性伪影79例(占79%)、无放射性伪影21例(占21%);乙组有放射性伪影52例(占52%)、无放射性伪影48例(占48%);丙组有放射性伪影46例(占46%)、无放射性伪影是54例(占54%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论双简高压注射器以A筒60%、B筒40%成比例同步注射时,干扰主动脉内部结构观察的上腔静脉高密度放射性伪影较采用单筒高压注射方法少,与双筒前后注射方法差别不大。
Objective To use the consequence of three different methods of high pressure injector in CT contrast enhancement image' evaluate and analyse. Methods 300 patients underwent Lightspeed 16 spiral CT and contrast enhancement using stellant D high pressure injector produced by Medrad. The injection speed was 4. 0ml/s for our samples. The dose of contrast media was 80ml for sam ples; our samples were divided into A, B, C three groups. The single high pressure injector was applied to A samples, but no isotonic Na chloride flush. On the country B 100 samples underwent the double high pressure and isotonic Na chloride flush and C group both simuhaneously in proportion. The methods of evaluation is ROC curves and CT value evaluate. Results 40 samples had radioactive constructed defect in A group and the rate of the radioactive constructed defect was 79%. The number of the non - radioactive constructed defect group was 21. The proportion was 21%. Corresponding, the number of the radioactive constructed defect in the B group was 52 (52%) , And the non - radioactive constructed defect number was 48 (48%) , the radioactive constructed defect in the C group was 46, the proportion was 46%, and the non - radioactive constructed defect number was 54 (54%). Conclusion The method of the high pressure simultaneously proportionable injecting by A tube 60% B tube 40% causes less the radioactive constructed defect than the one in single tube, but there is no significant difference between the difference of the consequences during injection when using double tubes.
