摘要
以TiO2为光催化剂,在自制光催化反应器中研究了紫外光源对甲醛废水进行光催化降解的可行性。结果表明,甲醛浓度在4-0mg/L,其最佳工艺条件为:反应pH为7,TiO2锐钛矿与金红石晶型比为1:1,5g/L的TiO2催化剂投加量,采用A=350~400nm紫外灯作为光源。同时,TiO2催化剂有较好的回收利用性能。
The photocatalytic degradation of HCHO was studied in the new photoreaetor which was built by ourselves with UV as light source and titanium dioxide. The results show that under the condition of the initial concentration of formaldehyde is 40 mg/L, the best technique parameters were as follows:the pH 7, the quality proportion of anatase type and futile type is 1 : 1,5 g TiO2/L,and the UV lamp as light sourceλ = 350 - 400 nm. Meanwhile the TiO2 film has a good performance of recovery.
