塔河油田稠油替喷工艺

THE SWABBING KICK-WELL-OFF TECHNOLOGY FOR VISCOUS OIL IN TAHE OILFIELD

摘要 塔河油田稠油开采过程中,随着稠油沿井筒向上流动,温度逐渐降低,原油黏度上升较快,在距井口3000m左右逐渐失去流动性,析出胶质沥青质,造成生产管柱堵塞。常规的替喷作业已不能满足生产要求,经过试验研究,摸索出了掺稀油降黏的稠油替喷工艺,解决了塔河油田稠油替喷开采面临的困难。 During the viscous oil production in TAHE oil field, the viscosity of crude oil increases rapidly with the decrease of wellbore temperature, and the oil mobility will lost gradually at about 3000m away from the wellhead where the asphalt will be separated out and cause the Tubing stoppage. The conventional swabbing kick-well-off technology cant meet the requirements of the viscous oil production in TAHE. Therefore, a set of swabbing kick- well-off technique that decreasing viscosity by blending into light oil was developed through experimental study, which solved the problems during the viscous oil production in TAHE Oilfield.
