大庆地区革兰阴性杆菌SHV型ESBLs基因型调查

摘要 目的了解大庆地区革兰阴性杆菌中SHV型ESBLs基因型的分布状况。方法采用双纸片协同法(DDS)、PCR法,检测ESBL阳性革兰阴性杆菌中的SHV基因。结果254株临床分离的多重耐药革兰阴性杆菌中共检出26株携带SHV基因,分别为SHV-28、SHV-12、SHV-5、SHV-1以及SHV-11五种基因型。携带blaSHV基因的细菌主要为肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌和阴沟肠杆菌。结论在大庆地区首次检出SHV-28,SHV-12,SHV-5型ESBLs基因,首次检出SHV-1,SHV-11型β-内酰胺酶基因;大庆地区革兰阴性杆菌携带多种类型SHV型ESBLs基因。
