摘要
本文结合对企业人才需求和毕业生回访的信息反馈,针对现行机械制造专业教学体系和人才培养方向存在的不足,提出了在新的就业形势下,基于制造业的基础工业工程课程教学设计的一些想法,同时对课堂教学进行了探索,以提高教学效果。
Combining the returning circumstances of business professional demand and graduates,for the shortcoming of personnel training direction and machinery professional teaching system ,this paper proposes some ideas of basic industrial engineering teaching design based on production,in the new employment situation, at the same time, it explores the classroom teaching to improve the teaching effect.
