桑杏麻黄汤诊断小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨中药桑杏麻黄汤治疗性试验在小儿慢性咳嗽鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:对以慢性咳嗽为主的168例慢性咳嗽患儿进行桑杏麻黄汤治疗性试验,改善率>20%为阳性。结果:168例麻杏石甘汤治疗性试验阳性共59例,符合西医咳嗽变异型哮喘诊断标准的51例;西医确诊的51例桑杏麻黄汤治疗性实验全部阳性。结论:桑杏麻黄汤治疗性试验有助于咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)诊断,在小儿慢性咳嗽鉴别诊断中有一定应用价值。
