摘要
利用盐酸甲氯芬酯与曙红Y在Clark-Lubs缓冲液(pH3.6)中相互作用而使体系褪色,建立了一种快速测定制剂中盐酸甲氯芬酯含量的新方法。该体系的最大褪色波长在506nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.059×104L·mol-1·cm-1,盐酸甲氯芬酯在2~18μg/ml浓度范围内符合比耳定律。
A fast fading spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of meclofenoxate hydrochloride based on the reaction of meclofenoxate hydrochloride with eosin Y in the Clark-Lubs buffer media (pH 3.6). The apparent molar absorptivity of complex was 1.059× 10^4 L.mol^-1.cm^-1 at 506 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 2 - 18 μg/ml for meclofenoxate hydrochloride.
