摘要
土地整理的综合效益分析是土地整理理论及实践研究的一个重要组成部分。它不仅是土地整理项目规划方案比选的主要依据,而且对土地整理实践活动的顺利进行起重要的指导作用。根据研究区的自然和社会经济条件以及土地利用状况,对土地开发整理项目进行了社会效益、生态效益及经济效益分析。
The comprehensive benefit analysis of the land consolidation is an important component of the theoretical and practical study on the land consolidation. It is not only the main basis of comparison and selection of the planning program of the land arrangement project, but a.[so playing an important role in guiding conduct for the smooth progress of land consolidation prac- tice activities. Based on the natural, socio-economic conditions and land-use conditions in the study area, the paper analysized the social, ecological and the economic benefit of the land arrangement project in Wenxi.
