摘要
某电厂600MW机组循环水泵电机冷却水系统多个阀门先后发生滑丝,影响机组安全运行,需要进行更换。介绍了更换阀门前将循环水泵电机冷却水切换至临时系统的措施及注意事项,总结了一些经验及教训,供同行参考。
In the cooling water system of water circulating pump of a 600 MW units,the threads of many valves were stripped,and this influenced on safety operation of units.Therefore,the valves must be replaced.Before replacement of the valves,the cooling water of the water circulating pump must be switched over to a temporary system,and the measures for the switching over and the matters needing attention were introduced.Some experiences and lessons were summarized,providing a reference for persons of same occupation.
