摘要 针对cDNA基因芯片数据分析中划格对提取杂交荧光样点杂交强度信息的重要作用,提出了一种基于微分的cDNA基因芯片图像自动划格算法,采用NCBI上GEO数据库中cDNA基因芯片图像进行划格实验,验证了该算法的有效性。 Image analysis is an important stage of cDNA microarray data analysis. Gridding is indispensable to accurately identify the location of each spot and extract spot intensities from the microarray images. In this paper, a differential-based automatic gridding algorithm for cDNA microarray images is presented. The experimental results on cDNA microarray images from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) Database of National Center for Bioteehnology Information (NCBI) demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach.
