摘要
目的:为了分析脑梗塞及其亚组血清Lp(a)、apoAⅠ和apoB含量变化特点。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验和免疫透射比浊法检测90例脑梗塞患者并与60例正常对照进行比较。结果:脑梗塞及其亚组血清Lp(a)含量和异常率均显著高于对照组,apoAⅠ含量明显低于对照组,并且降低的异常率也高于对照组,而apoB含量无明显变化。结论:血清Lp(a)含量增加和apoAⅠ含量降低可能与脑梗塞的发生有关。
Objective: To analyse the change of characteristics in the totol cerebral infartion (TCI) and subgroup [ cortical artery occlusion ( CAO ) and perforating artery occlusion (PAO) group ] Methods: The serum concentration of lipoprotein (a) and apolipoprotein AⅠ、B [apo AⅠ、B] in 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 60 normal control subjects were determined by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunonephelometry Results:Serum Lp(a) levels and abnormality rate in the TCI and subgroup were higher than those in the control The serum apo AⅠ was significantly decreased and abnormality rate was significantly increased in TCI and subgroup compared with control group There was not significantly difference in the serum apo B between this population and control Conclusion:Elevated serum of Lp (A) and degraded of apo AⅠ possibly correlate with the Pathosenesis of cerebral infartion
