摘要
作为医院的基建管理部门,在项目多、任务重、标准高、工期短的情况下,如何确保又好又快推进工程建设,是当前值得深入研究的一项管理课题。本文主要以医院建设实际案例为基础,对短期内多个工程项目平行展开的情况下,如何更新管理理念、创新管理模式,确保规划高起点、设计高水平、建设高速度、工程高质量、投资高效益的建设目标作了简要分析,对医院大规模基建经验及规律进行了初步探索。
As a hospital's infrastructure management department, under the condition of much projects ,heaw task, high standard and short duration, how to promote good and fast construction, which is a currently worth in-depth study management issue. This paper based on a hospital building reality case, carried out a number of short-term projects in parallel, analyzed the construction target in brief, that is how to update the management philosophy, innovate management model, ensure planning higher standards, high level design, building high-speed, projects high-quality, high efficient investment, preliminary explored large-scale hospital infrastructure experience and law.
