摘要
荆各庄矿多年在综采工作面收尾拆架过程中,一直使用掩护支架,导致支架顶上所挑方木回收难。另外从收尾条件来说要求较高,不利于对顶板的控制。整个工艺比较繁索。1998年以后使用单体液压支柱与∏形钢联合支护,很好地解决了方木无法回收的难题。拆架工艺简单易操作,取得了良好的经济效益。
For many years, Jinggezhuang Coal Mine has used the shield support in the finishing demolition support process of fully mechanized workface, which causes the lignin material to be unable to recycle. In addition, from the standpoint of finishing condition, this technology has a high request and goes against the roof control. Therefore, the entire technology is quite complicated. Since 1998, the united supports using the monomer hydraulic prop and ∏ profile steel has solved the difficult problem that lignin material is unable to recycle. The demolition hydraulic support technology is simple and easy to operate. As a result, the good economic efficiency has been obtained.
