基于CT扫描的混凝土三维细观数值模拟 被引量:17

摘要 利用CT对混凝土试件进行扫描,借助MIMICS软件对扫描图像进行三维重构,得到了混凝土三维几何模型;对不同配合比的混凝土与水泥砂浆试件进行了力学试验,得到了数值模型的力学参数;基于所得混凝土三维数值试件参数,在ABAQUS软件中利用塑性损伤模型模拟了混凝土三维数值试件的单轴拉、压加载过程,并将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明:该三维数值模型具有合理性。 Concrete specimens were scanned by using CT, based on the generated data, a threedimensional geometric model was obtained by the three-dimensional reconstruction on the CT photos using MIMICS software. Then, mechanical experiments were implemented on different mixture ratios of both concrete and cement-mortar specimens, which provided mechanical parameters for numerical model. Finally, with the plastic damaged model,the loading process of three-dimensional concrete numerical specimens subjected to uniaxial tension and compression were simulated by using ABAQUS software. The comparison of numerical and experiment results was carried out. The results show that the proposed three-dimensional numerical model is rational.
