摘要
目的了解应届护理毕业生的职业忠诚状况,尝试探索影响护生职业成熟的原因,为高校教育改革提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样法对广州市2所高校315名2009年应届毕业护生进行问卷调查,按学历分组,比较入学至实习后期各阶段护生的职业兴趣、毕业前的择业意向和择业相关行为。结果本、专科护生在各时期的职业兴趣、择业意向和择业的相关行为上存在差异(P<0.05),护理大专生的职业忠诚和职业稳定性明显优于护理本科生。结论大部分护生的专业思想稳定、职业态度积极,就业方向明确,少数护生的职业忠诚问题客观存在,以护理本科生的表现更为明显,应引起高校教育者的重视。
Objective To understand the vocational loyalty of nursing graduates and explore the factors impacting the career maturity of nursing students in order to provide theoretical basis for educational reform in universities. Methods 315 nursing students graduat- ed from 2 colleges in Guangzhou in 2009 were randomly divided into two groups according to their diploma. Their vocational interests, career intentions and employment-related behaviors were investigated by a questionnaire and compared in every stage from their enrollment to graduation. Results There were differences between associate graduates and graduates in vocational interests, career intentions and employment-related behaviors (P〈0.05). Conclusion Associate graduates are better than graduates in vocational loyalty and stability. Undergraduates have stable thinking, positive career attitude and clear employment direction, and some graduates have problems in vocational loyalty.
