摘要
钢板弹簧是悬架中力学性能比较复杂的构件,既是弹性元件,又是传递纵向、侧向地面作用力的传力元件,因此建立钢板弹簧模型是构造车辆多体模型的一大难点。文章应用ADAMS软件建立基于等效中性面法的钢板弹簧柔性体模型,模拟实际的刚度测试法。利用ADAMS中改进的悬挂分析测定钢板弹簧子系统的总刚度,并将该子系统植入整车模型中,对整车的操纵性能进行仿真分析。结果表明:本文方法可以有效应用于整车性能的仿真研究。
Leaf spring is a component of suspension, with relatively complicated mechanical properties. It is both an elastic component, and a longitudinal, lateral ground, force delivery component. Thus, establishing a leaf spring is a difficult thing for constructing multi-body model of vehicle. A flexible body model of leaf spring is established in ADAMS with equivalent medium plane method, and an improved suspension analysis is used to determine the total stiffness of the leaf spring subsystem, imitating actual test method of stiffness. The subsystem is integrated into the full.vehicle assemblies, which maneuverability simulations and analyses are carried on.
