摘要
基于传统形状的变幅杆放大系数与形状因数不能同时放大的局限性,以3次样条曲线作为变幅杆轴截面的母线形状,应用ANSYS有限元动力学分析与优化设计方法,设计出了在满足材料许用工作应力条件下、具有良好形状因数与较大振幅放大系数的新型变幅杆。
Based on limitations of the traditional horn-shaped amplification factor and shape factor can not be amplified at the same time, use the cubic spline curve as the generatrix of the axis crosssection of the horn, put into use the finite element dynamic analysis and optimal design method of AN- SYS to devised a kind of new ultrasonic horn not only meet the Material Allowable working stress conditions, but also has a good shape factor and larger amplification factor.
