摘要
目的探讨克拉霉素联合一清胶囊治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法选择68例临床诊断为口腔扁平苔藓的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例。治疗组口服克拉霉素0.3g,每日一次,一清胶囊1g,每日二次;对照组口服维生素B210mg,每日三次。疗程均为2周,2周后复诊,评估疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率70.6%,明显高于对照组的8.8%(P<0.01)。结论克拉霉素联合一清胶囊治疗口腔扁平苔藓有明显疗效。
Objective To explore the outcomes of clarithromycin combined yiqing capsule in treatment of oral lichen planus.Methods Sixty-eight patients with OLP were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases each.The patients in group T were treated with oral clarithromycin 0.3 g qd.for 2 weeks and yiqing capsule 1 g bid.for 2 weeks.The patients in group C were administered VB2 10 mg tid.The outcomes were evaluated at two weeks after treatment.Results The effectiveness rate was higher in group T than that in group C（70.6% vs.8.8%）（P0.01）.ConclusionCombined use of clarithromycin and yiqing capsule is efficient in treatment of oral lichen planus.
