摘要
目的建立洛索洛芬钠渗透泵型控释片中洛索洛芬钠的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:日本岛津VP—DOS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(600:400:1:1);检测波长:222nm;流速:1.00ml·min^-1;柱温:25℃。结果洛索洛芬钠在30.18~110.66mg·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.83%,RSD=0.48%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好。适用于洛索洛芬钠渗透泵型控释片中主药的含量测定。
Aim To establish a method for the determination of loxoprofen sodium in loxoprofen sodium osmotic pump controlled release tablets. Method HPLC was performed on a Shim - pack VP - DOS column. The mobile phase was methanol - water - acetic acid - triethylamine (600: 400:1: 1 ), The detection wavelength was set at 222 nm. The flow rate was 1.00 ml ·min^-1. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The linear range of loxoprofen sodium was from 30.18 to 110.66 mg·L^-1 ( r = 0.9998 ). The average recovery rate was 99.83 % with an RSD of 0.48% (n = 9 ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable which can be used for the determination of loxoprofen sodium in loxoprofen sodium osmotic pump controlled release tablets.
