摘要
在高温钠沸腾试验回路上,对液钠沸腾两相流动密度波型不稳定性进行了广泛而又系统的实验研究,并理论分析了液钠沸腾两相流动密度波型不稳定性发生的区域、机理、临界条件等特性以及系统压力、质量流速、入口过冷度等对这些特性的影响。实验参数范围如下:系统压力P:2600-1.1×105Pa;入口过冷度Tsub:25.6-226.8℃;热流密度q:8.0×104-4.76×105W/m2;质量流速G:42.9-383.0kg/m2·s。
This paper presents the experimental study and theoretical analysis of the density wave instability of liquid sodium two phase flow. The characteristics of the density wave instability of liquid sodium two phase flow was deeply investigated, including the happening region, mechanism, critical conditions, oscillation period and the effects of pressure, mass flow, inlet subcooling on density wave instability. The experimental data of liquid sodium density wave instability were obtained with the following parameters:Pressure: 2600 Pa-0.11MPa, Inlet Subcooling: 25.6 -226.8 ℃, Heat Flux: 8.0×10 4 -4.76×10 5 W/m 2, Mass Flow Rate: 42.9 -383.0 kg/m 2·s.
