摘要
将低能离子束注入冬春性小麦杂交组合的种子中,经田间播种后,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对苗期叶片及乳熟期种子进行同工酶分析。结果表明,经低能离子束处理的小麦叶片及乳熟期的种子中过氧化物酶同工酶带数增加,酯酶同工酶的酶带及活性也发生相应变化。
After low energy ion implantation on seeds of cross combinations between winter and spring wheat, seeds were sown in field and the isoenzymes of seedling leaves and unripe seeds were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel eleetrophoresis. The results showed that the number of peroxidase isozyme increased, and the number and activity of esterase isozyme also changed accordingly.
