摘要
叙述了再生涤纶纤维与普通涤纶纤维在物理性能上的差异:再生涤纶纤维拉伸性能低于普通涤纶纤维,刚性大,抱合性能差且干湿热收缩率高。分析了这些差异对纺纱生产操作和成纱质量的影响。针对上述问题在生产PU革机织基布的纺纱、织造、染整工序采取了相应措施,确保了产品质量。
In this paper is analyzed the difference of physical properties between regenerated polyester fiber and polyester fiber. The tensile strength of regenerated polyester fiber is lower than that of polyester fiber with higher rigidity, worse cohesion and higher wet and dry heat shrinkage. The affect of all these on the spinning processing and formed yam quality is analyzed with relative measures taken in spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing in producing PU leather substrate fabric to guarantee product quality.
