摘要
以柴达木盆地南翼山地区油田水为研究对象,分析检测油田水的组成,针对该油田水钙离子含量高的实际,探讨了分离钙离子的方法。实验结果表明:南翼山地区油田水含K+11782.8mg/L、B2O36613 mg/L、I-71.21 mg/L、Mg2+1512 mg/L、SO42-550 mg/L,Ca2+22892.77 mg/L,有益组分钾、硼、碘含量均超出国家卤水综合利用品位。油田水蒸发结晶时钙在液固两相中均有分布,无明显富集。加入芒硝反应生成硫酸钙沉淀,过滤可以除去大部分钙,剩余的采用沸石吸附,能有效降低钙含量。
The oilfield water composition is analysed on the basis of the oilfield water of Qaidam Basin Nanyishan area.Aiming at the problem of high calcium ion content,calcium ion separation method is investigated.The experimental results show that the ion contents of Nanyishan area oilfield water are respectively potassium ion 11782.8 mg/L,Iodide ion 71.21 mg/L,magnesium ion 1511.8 mg/L,sulfate ion 550 mg/L,calcium ion 22892.77 mg/L,and boron oxide 6613 mg/L,in which the beneficial components(potassium,boron,iodine) all go beyond national brine comprehensive utilization grade.The calcium ion are evenly distributed in the liquid and solid phase and ther is no obvious enrichment when the oilfield water is evaporated.Calcium sulphate is precipitated when adding glauber's salt.Most calcium can be removed by filtering,and the remainder can be removed by adopting zeolite adsorption method,which can lower calcium content effectively.
