摘要 建立了离子液体(氯化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑([Omi m]Cl))水溶液萃取-离子色谱测定土壤中酚类化合物的方法.研究了离子液体水溶液的浓度,萃取时间,固液比等因素对萃取效率的影响;对比了离子液体与传统萃取溶剂的萃取效率;优化了离子色谱同时测定5种酚的最佳色谱条件.在最佳条件下,离子液体对2,4-二甲基苯酚、对硝基苯酚、2-萘酚、2,4-二硝基苯酚及双酚A 5种物质的萃取效率在75%以上;该方法具有较低的检出限(1.8~4.2μg.L-1,S/N=3).将该方法用于实际土壤样品的检测,回收率为85.18%~98.23%. A novel method for the determination of five phenolic compounds in soil sample has been developed by using ionic liquid(IL) 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(Cl) aqueous solution as extractant coupled with ion chromatography.Extraction parameters including concentration of ionic liquid,extraction time,and the volume ratio of extraction solvent to aqueous phase were optimized.Compared with traditional extraction solvents such as sodium hydroxide solution and chloroform,1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride aqueous solution displayed particular advantages.Chromatographic conditions were also examined.Under the optimal conditions,extraction efficiency of IL for 2,4-dimethylphenol,p-nitrophenol,2-naphthol,2,4-dinitrophenol and bisphenol A were above 75%.The detection limits(LOD) of the five phenols were in the range of 1.8-4.6 μg·L^-1.The proposed method was applied to analyze real soil samples.Recoveries of the five phenols were in the range of 85.18%~98.23%.
