摘要 分析加速寿命试验具有试验时间较长及功率消耗多的特点,介绍液压泵试验系统3种常用的功率回收方法原理;提出在液压泵加速寿命试验台中,采用基于机械补偿方式的功率回收方法,解决流量匹配和转矩匹配的问题;并从理论推导计算得到该类系统理论功率回收率为70%左右,具有显著的节能效果。 The accelerated life test has the characteristics of long test time and high power consumption. The principles of three kinds of general power recovery methods for hydraulic pump testing system were introduced. A new mechanical compensation power recovery method of accelerated life test for hydraulic pump was presented. The problems of flux match and torque match were solved. Theory power recovery of this system was about 70% by computation. The energy-saving effect is remarkable.
