摘要
作为一种面向顾客需求的产品开发设计方法,品质机能展开(QFD)是一种将顾客需求信息合理而有效地转换为产品设计开发各阶段的技术目标和作业控制规程的方法。以静电涂油机为研究对象,建立基于QFD的产品设计方案,运用FMEA和FTA方法对产品进行了初步的可靠性分析,提高了产品的可靠性,并用QFD方法对涂油机关键零部件进行初步的功能配置,为涂油机详细设计提供参考。
As a customer-oriented product design method, quality function deployment (QFD) lays emphasis on carrying out the effective plans in the early stage of product conceptual design, thus it can reduce the product's cost and enhance the demand-oriented product development consciousness. Taking the electrostatic oiler as study object, product design scheme was built based on QFD. The preliminary reliability analysis of the product was carried on to take the potential faults into account in the design stage by using the FEMA and FTA method, and the reliability of electrostatic oiler is enhanced. The preliminary function configuration was made on key parts of electrostatic oiler based on QFD.
