摘要
多功能巡检仪的设计采用了非接触式无线射频技术,文中介绍了以ATM ega32L单片机为控制核心的便携式多功能巡检仪的实现方法。详细讨论了基于射频的无线识别技术的读卡器,同时对低功耗电源设计进行了探讨。该巡检仪实现了人员和地址信息的识别,不仅能够及时采集生产现场数据,而且加强了对巡检人员的监督管理。可广泛应用于工业生产中对温度、湿度、气体浓度等性能指标的检测,识别速度快,抗干扰能力强,具有广泛的应用前景和推广价值。
Non-contact wireless RF technique was used in the design of multifunction inspection instrument in which AT- Mega32L was control core. This paper presented the realization method of the instrument. The reader with wireless identification based on RF technology was researched and the low-cost power was studied particularly. This instrument can be used in industry field to measure temperature, humidity, concentration of gas and other specifications rapidly and anti-jamming strongly, it has great applications prospect and is worth to be extended.
