摘要
酰氨基硫脲类化合物具有很好的生物活性,如消炎、抗菌、抗结核、抗癌、杀菌、杀虫及植物生长调节等,也是重要的有机合成中间体。因此,随着新型农药的开发研究,酰氨基硫脲类化合物又成为药物开发的热点之一。
Three nitrobenzoyl naphthalene aeyl thiosemicarbazides( Ⅱa -Ⅱc)were synthesized by addition reaction of naphthalene acyl hydrazines with nitrophenyl isothiocyanates, which were obtained by the reaction of potassium thiocyanate with nitrobenzoyl chloride. The structures of the products were characterized by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological activity test indicated that the synthesized compounds could promote the growth of paddy root at the concentration of ling/L, the compounds of Ⅱa - Ⅱc had antibacterial activity against B. subtilis.
