摘要
目的探讨经阴道骶棘韧带固定术治疗盆腔器官脱垂的临床疗效。方法对该院妇科自2005年12月—2008年12月收治的38例盆腔器官脱垂（子宫脱垂、阴道顶端脱垂）的患者进行了经阴道骶棘韧带固定术,分析其临床疗效,并进行2年的随访观察。结果所有患者均成功进行该术式治疗,术中无1例发生术中、术后出血或脏器损伤;有2例术后腰骶部疼痛,但术后2~3周左右均症状缓解出院。38例患者术后均恢复良好,术后病率7.9%（3例）,术后无1例复发,术后平均随访24个月（8~36个月）,主观治愈率（术后患者无任何自觉症状）和客观治愈率（术后子宫脱垂和阴道穹窿脱垂POP-Q分期为0期）均为100%。结论对子宫脱垂和/或阴道顶端脱垂的患者施行经经阴道骶棘韧带固定术矫治阴道穹隆膨出是一种安全、简单、有效的微创手术。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of transvaginal sacrospinous ligament fixation in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse.Methods 38 cases with pelvic organ prolapse（uterine prolapse and vaginal top prolapse） underwent transvaginal sacrospinous ligament fixation from December 2005 to December 2008,the effect of operation was analyzed and all the cases were followed up for more than one years.Results All the cases completed the operation successfully,no complications occurred such as hemorrhage and organ injury during and after the operation.Only 2 cases had lumbosacral and breech pain for several days and the symptoms relieved before discharge.All the 38 cases recovered well after the operation,3 cases had postoperative morbidity and no one relapsed.After 24 months of follow-up,the subjective and objective cure rates were all 100%.Conclusion Transvaginal sacrospinous ligament fixation is a safe,simple,effective and minimally invasive operation for patients with pelvic organ prolapse.
