摘要
根据相似原理,采用自制实验装置,利用硫代硫酸钠在铸锭和连铸结晶器内的凝固,模拟了钢的凝固过程。该实验将凝固过程以可视化的形式展现在学生面前,并可以通过控制边界传热条件及冷却速度等参数得到不同比例的柱状晶及等轴晶组织,真实模拟了凝固系数和凝固速度随凝固层厚度的变化规律。极大地激发了学生的学习兴趣,使学生对材料液态成形原理、凝固过程及成形技术有了深刻的认识。
According to similarity principle, the simulation experiment of liquid metal forming with Na2S2 O3 · 5H2O and the home-made ingot mould and continuous casting mould are described. The experiment shows the solidification process in front of students in form of visualization, and columnar crystal and equiaxed crystal in varied proportion were obtained by controlling the boundary conditions and cooling velocity, and the effect of coagulation factor and freezing rate on thickness of solidified layer was really simulated. The experiment great- ly stimulated students' interests in learning, which made the students have a profound understanding of the principle of solidification, the process and the forming technology.
