温肾益精降浊法治疗腺嘌呤致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭的实验研究 被引量:8

Experimental Study of Wenshenyijing Jiangzhuo Method on Rats with Chronic Kidney Function Failure Induced by Adenine

摘要 目的:观察温肾益精降浊法中药对腺嘌呤致慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾功能尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)及血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、血细胞比容(HCT)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,中西药结合治疗组,西药治疗组,中药治疗组,除正常对照组外采用腺嘌呤给大鼠灌胃,经7周后建立大鼠肾衰模型,用相应药物治疗4周,观察比较各组肾衰大鼠用药后血中RBC,HB,HCT,EPO,BUN,Scr等指标的变化。结果:中药治疗组在BUN,Scr的治疗效果上明显优于西药治疗组(P<0.01),在RBC,HB,HCT治疗效果上与西药治疗组无显著差异(P>0.05),但上述指标均不如中西药结合治疗组。结论:温肾益精降浊法对腺嘌呤致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭有显著的治疗作用,在改善肾功能的同时还能纠正贫血,优于单纯应用西药。 Objective:Observes the effects of Wenshenyijing Jiangzhuo Chinese medicine in rat renal urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Scr) and hemoglobin ( Hb), rod blood cell (RBC) ,hematocrit ( HCT), erythropoietin (EPO) of the impact. Methods : Rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, combined treatment group in western medicine ,western medicine ,the treatment group, Chinese medicine treatment group, In addition to the normal control group, rats were fed by gavage to the use of adenine, After seven weeks after the establishment of rat renal failure model, with appropriate drug therapy for 4 weeks, Comparison of renal failure observod in rats in each group after administration of blood in RBC, HB, HCT, EPO, BUN, Scr and so on changes. Results:Chinese medicine treatment group in the BUN, Scr effect of treatment was superior to western medicine treatment group (P 〈 0.01 ), in RBC, HB, HCT treatment with Western medicine treatment group no significant difference (P 〉 0.05), but these indicators are not as good as Western and Chinese medicine are combined with the treatmerit group. Conclusion:Wenshenyijing Jiangzhuo method of rats with adenine - induced chronic renal failure treatment significant role in the improvement of renal function but also to correct anemia, is superior to western medicine alone.
