摘要
羊毛细度是影响羊毛价格的主要因素,也是毛纺工业对羊毛要求最重要的指标。细毛在细度育种中,必须考虑细型或超细型品种对环境的适应性。在分子生物学方面,国内外对控制毛用性状的数量性状座位(QTL)研究较少,还没有建立包括细度性状在内的细毛羊毛用性状分子标记体系,与羊毛纤维直径有关的Drysdale基因目前还没有定位到染色体上。从当前研究结果来看,细度性状受到多个基因及营养、管理、气候等多种因素的影响,是一个复杂的调控过程。
Fineness of wool is the major factor which affects the price of wool, it is also the most important index which meets the requirements of wool textile industry. Therefore, breeding for fineness of fine - wool sheep is the primary research direction at home and abroad in the future. However, some negative effects caused during breeding for fineness such as decreased body weight and viability, shortened wool length and decreased wool production followed on. Hence, we should consider the adaptability to environment of fine and ultra - fine wool sheep. In the field of molecular biology, rare studies were carried out on QTL controlling wool traits at home and abroad, molecular marker system on wool traits of fine - wool sheep including wool fibre diameter traits has not yet been established. Drysdale gene related to wool fibre diameter has not been located to the corresponding chromosome. All the present results indicated that wool fineness trait is a complicated regulation process and controlled by multiple genes and other factors such as nutrition, management and climate.
