摘要
以桉树青枯病菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌,对从广东湛江近海海泥中分离得到的135株放线菌的抗菌活性进行测定,并对南-148菌株进行形态观察和生理生化特性鉴定。结果表明,135株海洋放线菌中有15株对桉树青枯病菌有抑制作用,24株对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,12株对两种病菌均有抑制作用,其中南-148菌株的抑菌效果最好,对桉树青枯病菌的抑菌圈直径为20.0mm,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径为37.3mm;对南-148菌株进行了鉴定,初步确定南-148菌株为弗氏链霉菌(Streptomyces fradiae)。
The present study was conducted to determine the antibacterial activities of 135 marine-derived aetinomycetes isolated from sea mud of offshore sea area in Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, and to observe the morphological characteristics and identification of the physiological and biochemical characteristics of strain Nan-148. The Ralstonia solanacearum in Eucalyptus and Staphylococcus aureus were used as indicator strains. The results indicated that among 135 marine-derived actinomycetes, 15 isolates showed antibacterial effects against Ralstonia solanacearum, 24 isolates against Staphflococcus aurous, 12 isolates against both of them. Out of all, the strain Nan-148 showed the best antibacterial properties, and the diameter of inhibition zone to Staphflococcus aureus and Ralstonia solanacearum was found up to 37.3 and 20.0 mm, respectively. After culturing the bacteria and study of their physiological and biochemical charaeteristies, it was found that the strain Nan-148 was Streptomyces fradiae.
