摘要
目的研究党参多糖滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法以成型率为评价指标,对不同基质与主药的用量比进行平行试验,以基质配比、冷凝液温度、熔融温度、滴头口径4个因素进行正交试验。结果最佳成型工艺条件如下:熔融温度为80℃,冷凝液温度15℃,药物和基质配比为1∶3,滴头口径2cm。结论本课题确定的党参多糖滴丸制剂成型工艺切实可行,所得滴丸符合滴丸剂的质量规定。
Objective To study the optimum formation technology of polysaccharide of Radix Codonopsis drop pills. Methods Paral- lel tests were conducted on the dosage of different base materials and the main drug with the forming percentage as the index of evalua- tion, and the orthogonal test was conducted on the 4 factors, including the temperature of fusion, the temperature of liquor condensate, the ratio of different base materials,and the caliber of dripper. Results The optimum forming conditions were as follows : the tempera- ture of fusion was 80 ℃, the temperature of liquor condensate was 15 ℃, the ratio of base materials and the main drug was 1: 3, and the caliber of dripper was 2 cm. Conclusion The technology is feasible for preparing the polysaccharide of Radix Codonopsis drop pills, which is according with the quality standard of drop pills.
