脉冲式高容量血液滤过治疗脓毒性休克患者的疗效及预后 被引量：7

摘要 脓毒症尤其是严重脓毒症和脓毒性休克是ICU中主要死因。连续性血液净化（CBP）通过清除炎症介质治疗脓毒症可取得良好的疗效，但不同血液净化方式治疗效果是否相同尚未明确。本研究中对39例脓毒性休克患者分别进行脉冲式高容量血液滤过（PHVHF）和连续性静一静脉血液滤过（CVVH）治疗，比较两种模式治疗前后的疗效和对预后的影响，以探讨不同血液净化方式治疗脓毒症的临床疗效。
