摘要
企业创新网络具有复杂性、分布性、异构型以及行为主体自身的自治性等特点,传统的还原论与数理统计方法已无法解释企业创新网络中的涨落、涌现等复杂现象,国内外学者开始从复杂适应系统的角度来研究企业创新网络.本文运用复杂适应系统的思想,在前人研究的基础上论述了企业创新网络特有的聚集、流、非线性和多样性等特征,以及作为复杂适应系统的企业创新网络的标识、内部模型及积木三个微观机制,分析了创新活动中的自组织与涌现现象,表明企业创新网络是一种复杂适应系统,为复杂适应系统理论在企业创新网络上的进一步应用提供了依据.
The complex phenomena in enterprises' innovation network,such as fluctuation and emergence,can not be explained completely by traditional reductionism and statistical methods because of the network's complexity,distribution,heterogeneity and actors' autonomy.Therefore,domestic and foreign scholars have attempted to use complex adaptive systems theory to study the enterprises' innovation network.Based on previous literature,its applies complex adaptive system theory to illustrating unique characters of the enterprise innovation network — aggregation,flow,diversity and nonlinearity,as well as its three micro-mechanisms — tagging,internal model and building blocks when innovation network of enterprises is considered as a complex adaptive system,and expounds the self organization and emergence occurred in innovative activities.It indicates that enterprises' innovation network is just a complex adaptive system,and provides a base for future application of complex adaptive system theory to enterprises' innovation network.
