摘要
技术联盟是一个典型的利益共生体,实现互惠共生是共生体的最终努力方向.依据互惠共生理论,分析了高技术企业技术联盟互惠共生关系成立的充要条件,针对高技术企业创新研发项目的合作问题,利用杂合遗传算法构建高技术企业技术联盟合作伙伴选择模型,筛选出有助于实现联盟互惠共生的合作伙伴.在此基础上,指出知识资源互补性、文化相容性、相互信任持久性、利益分配均衡性、共生模式合理性以及组织柔性化是影响高技术企业技术联盟互惠共生伙伴选择的重要因素.
Technology alliance is a typical symbiosis of interests whose aim is to realize mutualism.It analyzes the necessary and sufficient conditions of mutual symbiotic relationship of high-tech enterprise alliance according to the mutualism theory,and employs the method of hybrid genetic algorithms to construct the partner selection model to help enterprises select appropriate partners for solving the cooperation problem in entrepreneurial RD projects of high-tech enterprises.Based on the above,it probes into the factors of partner selection including complementary of knowledge resources,compatibility of culture,persistence of mutual trust,equilibrium of benefit distribution,reasonability of symbiosis modes,and flexibility of organizations.
