摘要
经济因素决定论主要以经济因素为视角研究农村社会养老保险制度发展过程中存在的问题。然而,基于PEST模型来分析,包括政治因素、制度因素、文化因素、技术因素、环境因素、法律因素在内的非经济因素对农村社会养老保险制度及其发展水平有着重大影响。深入研究这些非经济因素的作用机理,对完善我国农村社会养老保险制度具有启示意义。
Economic-factor-determination theory focuses on studying the problems in the process of development in rural social endowment insurance system from the perspective of economic factors. However, non-economic factors, which consist of political factors, cultural factors, technical factors, environmental factors and the factor of law based on the analysis of PEST mode, have a great impact on rural social endowment insurance system and its development. The in-depth study of these non-economic factors plays a significant role in perfecting rural social endowment insurance system.
