摘要 将三种丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)材料进行自然曝露氙灯老化和湿热老化。结果表明,光照是ABS色变的重要因素;氙灯老化测试的结果与自然暴露的结果具有很好的相关性;无机红色粉R1和偶氮红色粉R2都对ABS树脂的耐侯性能有改善作用,两者的作用机理不同。 Three kinds of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer (ABS) samples were tested by the methods of natural exposure, xenon-arc lamp ageing, and humid-hot ageing. The results showed that the irradiation was an important factor to the color change of ABS; it has well correlation between xenon-arc lamp ageing and natural exposure; inorganic red pigment R1, as well as azo red pigment R2, could improve the weatherability of ABS, but the influence mechanism of two pigments were different.
