摘要
介绍了BIB天然气减阻剂的合成原理与制备方法,利用JEDLJSM-6700F扫描电子显微镜对BIB天然气减阻剂的成膜情况进行了分析,利用减阻剂室内性能评价系统对BIB天然气减阻剂的性能进行了评价。结果表明,减阻率稳定在13%~15%,有效期超过30d。在长庆油田采气一厂进行了BIB天然气减阻剂雾化注入试验,加入减阻剂30d后,管道的平均摩阻系数比清管前降低了19.5%。
The paper introduces synthesis principle and preparation method of BIB natural gas DRA. Analysis on film forming of BIBnatural gas DRA is made with JEDL JSM 6700F scanning electron microscope (SEM) and property evaluation on the DRA is carried out with laboratory property evaluation system. Results show that drag reduction rate of the DRA is fixed around 13%~15% and period of validity is more than 30 days. Nebulization/injection experiment on BIB is conducted in 1st Gas Production Yardof Changqing Oilfield. Results display that mean frictional drag coefficient of pipeline is 19.5% lower than the unpigged pipeline after BIB injection for 30-days.
