摘要
文章是对实物期权方法在生态领域的创新应用,首先利用实物期权二叉树方法对单个矿产资源开发项目价值进行测算,然后结合各开发项目对区域经济的影响,构建出测定生态补偿额具体数值的一般方法,从而解决我国长期以来依靠行政手段决定生态补偿额、盲目性强的现实问题。同时,文章还将该方法运用到对长江流域生态补偿额的测算中,得出了科学合理的结果,为我国流域生态补偿机制的建设实施提供了有力的依据和标准。
This article was a innovative application for real option approach in the ecological field, firstly used the binary tree approach of real option to estimate the value of single mine exploitation project, and then combined with the effect of every exploitation project on the regional economy, built the general method which could determine specific amount of ecological compensation, solved the long-standing reality that relied on administrative measures deciding the amount of ecological compensation with strong blindness. At the same time, this method have also been used in the Yangtze River Basin to calculate the amount of ecological compensation, finally obtained some scientific and rational results, and provided a strong basis and standards for the construction of China's basin ecological compensation mechanism.
