摘要
企业为了满足消费者的个性化与多样化需求迫切需要中间商参与,为了帮助企业选择最佳中间商,文章设计了参与式中间商选择流程,即"业务类型→市场细分→目标市场→特征选择→中间商"。该流程最后建立了基于SVM的中间商客户价值评估模型,将该模型作为中间商选择的技术依据。以移动运营商选择中间商为例进行实证分析,结果表明该流程可以作为运营商高效选择中间商的决策依据。
In order for the enterprise to choose rather interfirms to satisfy the customer's individuation need, this paper designed the procedure of partionary iuterfirms choice. Construct the interfirm's customer value evaluation model based on SVM, regard the model as the technology foundation of choosing the interfirm. With the example of the interfirm customer of mobile operator, experiments show the reli- ability of the procedure in mobile operator choosing interfirm, and we obtained the interfirm's customer value evaluation model corresponding to the 3rd business, and this model can be applied to choose a new interfirm customer.
