摘要
目的调查嘉兴地区护理人员离职意愿的现状。方法采用离职意愿量表,对嘉兴地区11所二甲及以上医院护理人员2 010人进行调查。结果护理人员离职意愿总分(14.74±3.24)分,指标值为61.42%;不同个人特征护理人员的离职意愿差异性有统计学意义。结论嘉兴地区护理人员的离职意愿处于较高水平,管理层应采取相应对策,以稳定护理队伍。
Objective To investigate the status of turnover intention for nursing staff in Jiaxing area. Method Investi- gate 2 010 nursing staff in 11 Grade--ⅡClass-A hospitals in Jiaxing area by turnover willingness scale. Result The total score of turnover willingness is (14.74±3.24). The index value is 61.42%. There is significant difference on turnover will- ingness between nursing staff with different personai characteristics. Conclusion The turnover willingness level of nursing staff in Jiaxing area is high. Managers should take corresponding measures to stabilize nursing team.
