摘要
为了提高地铁列车牵引转矩控制的安全与可靠性,本文在原有的轨道交通车辆网络监测系统上引进了CANopen总线协议。本文以可编程逻辑控制器PLC的通信网络模块作为硬件基础,对CAN的通信报文进行了具体设计,实现了应用层协议CANopen的功能。根据实际运行的需求,采用了双冗余网络系统,对列车各部分模块单元进行数据交换,完善了列车自动保护系统(ATP)以及列车自动运行系统(ATO)。通过设计CANopen网络的数据接口,并对通讯特性进行分析,确定CAN接口参数,从而实现了对牵引控制效果的监测。
In order to improve the safety and reliability of the metro vehicle torque control, CANopen bus protocol is introduced based on Rail Vehicle Network Monitoring System. This paper designed the CANopen application layer protocol based on PLC module. According to the actual demands, a dual redundant network system is used for exchanging the data of the various parts of the train, which improves the ATP and ATO system.
