摘要
煤炭安全生产问题是煤炭行业健康可持续发展的一个重要课题。分析了我国大中型煤炭企业安全监控系统的现状和存在的问题,提出利用SOA对已有的安全生产监控系统进行整合,构建一个统一的安全生产信息平台。最后对从平台中所得的环境监控参数利用信息融合技术建立煤矿井下安全评估系统。该系统可以为调度人员和安全生产管理人员提供煤矿井下生产现场的动态信息和辅助决策支持,在大中型煤炭企业中有着良好的应用前景。
Safety production of coal mining is an important issue for the healthy sustainable development of the coal industry. In this paper we analysed the status quo and the problems of safety monitoring systems in large and medium sized coal mine enterprises, and proposed to establish a Uniform Safety Production Information Platform (USPIP) for integrating existing safety production monitoring system with SOA. At Last, we utilized the parameters of environmental monitoring derived from the platform to build a Coal Mine Underground Risk Assessment System using the information fusion technology. This system can provide dynamical information of underground production worksite in the coal mine to production controllers and the safety supervisor and assist them in decision making. The application of this system has good prospects in large and medium sized coal mine enterprises.
