摘要
为提高紊流固井驱替效率和缩短井眼准备时间,提出在固井前突击调整钻井液流变性(实质是使局部井段钻井液流变性趋近牛顿流型)的新方法。比较了地面突击调整法和套管内突击调整法的异同,认为后者更优越。安徽油田连续21口井油气层固井应用表明,新方法有利于提高固井质量、确保施工安全及降低作业成本。
A new method that adjusts drilling fluid rheological properties before cementing was proposed so as to improve displacement efficiency of turbulent cementing and shorten preparation time. The method to adjust drilling fluid properties in casing is more efficient than the way to do that in surface. Cementing results in 21 wells , Anhui Oilfield show that the new method is helpful for improving cementing quality and cutting down cost.
